Precision Conversions provides Customer Support to operator airlines for all converted portions of the 757-200PCF. This service consists of both AOG and Routine technical and spares/materials support, differences training (for the converted portions of the 757-200PCF), warranty claim and returned parts administration, operational difficulty/reliability reporting and supplemental manuals revision administration.
The Customer Support Desk (CSD) is the single point of contact for any issue that needs to be communicated to any function within Precision Conversions.
Customer Support is available prior to re-delivery of converted airplanes to answer all questions regarding operational issues, spares provisioning, supplemental manuals and training issues. After re-delivery, and while the airplane is in service, Customer Support is available to answer all enquiries regarding all portions of the converted sections of the airplane.
